he ducks, raised in the open in the Gascogne region of France, are fed and gorged on whole corn using artisinal methods and in a traditional setting (the corn is grown on the farm). We have paid special attention to assure that our selection is authentic and true to the tastes and flavors from yesteryear, with the sole intention of honoring a gastronomic past.
